Established in the year 2014, by young Architects Ar. Anand Deshmukh and Ar. Chetan Lahoti, Mind Manifestation is a design firm located in Pune and working on a range of projects throughout India.

Collective team effort is a key tool to explore the inputs from each and every designer brain in the team to explore different design styles, makes every job on the board unique in its styling to match with the clients specific taste and requirements.Discovering beauty in raw simplicity, this cavernous space draws inspiration from the organic allure of caves, embodying weathered rocks and natural light. The interior gracefully embraces a minimalist approach, utilizing a singular material—smooth cement plastered walls paired with a dark pigmented in-situ floor. Reflecting the residents' principles and aiming to recreate the charm of a native house, this design creates a tranquil haven amidst the urban hustle.

Navigating challenges in material selection and inter-agency coordination during execution, the apartment seamlessly blends with its surroundings—a hill on one side and a highway on the other. The journey begins with a step into tranquility, offering respite from the chaos of city life.

A Functionalist ethos guides the design, employing a muted palette of greys and blacks to harmonize with the adjoining hill.
